Yes. FML is aiming to reduce CRE costs down to $1100.
I suspect CRE's cash costs are signficantly higher than FML's because it's spending serious dough in expanding it's mine? Can anyone confirm?
I suspect FML can optimise it's mines a bit, but that it won't be able to reduce it's cash costs until it can either:
- reduce it's development costs
- increases its gold production and benefits from economies of scale.
