I think Harry has learnt from his past discretion... don't hold assets that you can have taken off you if you do the wrong thing - has pretty much sold out each issue of his LTI's each time he gets them. Options are only intermittently exercised too...

This isn't just a recent thing - as the history shows... he has been doing this since 2013... real question is - why do they keep giving him LTI of shares when he doesn't maintain or increase the holding??? Hardly shows that his interests are aligned with shareholders - its currently just a 12 month deferred income component.
