Management finds there is a problem, notifies who needs to be notified, then jumps ship before the sink (share drops). ASX should put in place for all Directors, Sub Directors or all large stake holders. They they are not aloud to trade (pull out) until an anouncement is made first.
Builders do the same thing to suppliers/subbies. They are the last to know & are left with the bag.
Why are we paying them with our money to stuff up, and come out with not even a scratch?
