Does anyone have predictions on Fair Value of CGC, or how high we think this company will run?

Personally I am a long term hold (in at around 2.8), based on the executive operations management, low level of supply volitility due to protected cropping, with the high entry barriers for compedators wanting to use similar set up.

My only worry is that Costa Group 'rents' its land from the major shareholder, frank costa. Most leases are on long term (10-20 year leases), but still makes the conflicts of interest unsettling for me.
