Have you actually been down to the Docklands before Kalaru? It's situated a stone's throw from the city and everyone who lives within probably a 3 km radius lives in tiny dog box apartments with very little storage.

You would think that Costco has done its homework on the demographics of the region it has set up shop in, but I have been down there and seen the premises and am not concerned in the slightest that Costco will have any material impact on WOW earnings.

No doubt Costco is banking on hoards coming from miles away to stock up, but once the media hype dies down it will be like the big Wheel at the Docklands - a non event.
