Another great article from Costello. It's a real shame he could not see out the smearing of his track record by the once popular Rudd and Swan who both now stand as known pittiful performers on many fronts.

Even the much-vaunted $22 billion of savings (over four years out of a total spend of $1500 billion) is not a saving at all. That money is reallocated to new spending. It is not a cut. It is not a saving.
