    Having debt at the moment might not be as bad as having a surplus,
    The debt would be reduced as the value of the dollar diminishes.
    As it is now any surplus we accumulated is vanishing before our eyes never to have been of any value.
    Pete C could always sell off the rest of Australia's gold, at least now he would be getting a better price.
