costello I don't think costello will stop the bid. this is a super market chain thats been trading at a discount for years. It would reap the govt over a billion dollars in taxes and free all the funds up to go shopping in the market again. Its going to be interesting to see if the clowns that run it get tooo greedy. These equity buyers would not waste their time without talking to the govt first. It costs to much to go after a target like this only to have the costello gnome block the bid.
