Overall more people preferred Labor over the Coalition
and that is why Labor has won the election. Also, the Liberals
have disgracefully lost what were formerly safe seats to
Independents. The NSW branch of the liberal Party is
divided and an almighty battle is going to occur which will
further destabilise the remnants of the Party that are left.
In WA the liberals are an absolute mess at both a state
and federal level. They barely exist.

The Liberals are currently behind in up to 20 seats. That's a
shellacking by anyone's standards
