makes you wonder, if the government couldn't have come up with a solution whereby telstra shareholders didn't have to lose money doesn't it?
ie..deal them into the building of it in a bigger way.
there was no need for people to lose their money I reckon. the Labor party was totally irresponsible when it came their needs.
I guess Labor assumed they could afford to lose $44.8bn. I know a lot of Mums and dads who couldn't. the people labor just ran rough shod over All they wanted was an income in retirement. A lot are probably on bakebeans now I'd say.
