I agree about the personality, but don't know whether it is a plus.

Boring old Johnie has been a success, and in some ways an anomaly.

Leaders should be picked on substance not charm or TV friendly, but that seems to be rare these days.

All the same I think Costello is "the man".

I find it a shame that Labor can't get "with it". Where are the visionaries? We need a good opposition that is credible, but it isn't there.

For every thing there is as season and maybe we have to wait for circumstances to change.
