So over 400,000 shareholders that has to be catered for,imagine the paper work involved with holdings around 1k of shares on average with printed forms,AGM reports etc 1st thing I would do is reduce the shareholdings to those over 1K and buy out the rest its going to be cheaper to do now not later jmho?
