"Judge Justice Mariana Yahya dismissed with costs the Kuantan residents".
Clearly her ruling was based on Rules of Law, and not based on some perceived ‘favour’ of local SMSL Mob!,
I applaud Her Honours ruling, in particular, her decision to award costs against SMSL for their vexatious campaigns.
I note "HER" RULING, has not been meet with a barrage of bile like previous allegations of favouritism towards SMSL on this Forum.
Just wanted to remind those out their who made a range of unsavoury comments about Her Honour Justice Mariana Yahya in recent times.
