    GC/GJ are brilliant.

    This plan is infinitely superior to any capital injection arrangement (subtracted from the bid consideration) made with a asset sale partner (who can do us under at the last minute).

    Today our company is worth a lot more than yesterday in terms of it's negotiation leverage.

    I think the market can see this very soon !
