Thanks for that. I also acknowledge that View had unrealised revenue from gold sales that would assist their cash balance position. I just hope that the cash neutral production position is achieved before they run out of cash reserves.

Trouble is they clearly feel they need more cash to ensure that does not happen and are not in a strong negotiating position - it is the nature of business that the people being asked to provide these funds will be looking for more than a pound of flesh.

I should also make clear that I have no direct knowledge of whether the bank required the unwinding of hedges and puts but my speculation in that regard is from experience dealing with investment banks.
