Just been having a read of some of the costs incurred under The Scheme of Arrangement between AFJ and Anchorage Childcare. Aggregate of fees and expenses relating to G8 proposed takeover $4.5 million. Presumably G8 costs will be covered comfortably from the profit arising from the sale of shares to Anchorage.
Acquisitions, eight were due to be settled by the end of September with a further nine to be settled before the end of November. Hopefully Chris Scott will release details shortly of settlement or reasons for delays.
