the atm-mortgage-easy credit era, combined with "speculative myth peddling by the RE industry -must , is, of course, completely relevant to the exhorbitant cost of land throughout Aus....
its not a mantra, or beleif, these issues are real..they have happended, their irefutable, even if you know this & choose to iignore them, they will not go away..
please remove the blinkers you have on, or more participants will simply continue to disregard your ill-founded comments
