Or maybe its because you dont understand that money makes the world go round, including land prices.
Land prices will not rise as developers are finding funds harder to get,now i could explain further but i have the feeling you dont want to listen.
Kincella i own property and would class myself as a realist not a bear.I will buy more property when the timing is right and it certainly aint now.
