Here we see infrastructure projects exploding to meet a growing population that cannot employ itself without fake projects from government intervention.
The market is saying people need to leave the country yet the government still brings them in.
Clearly this is unaffordable and ultimately given the majority of Australians are growing poorer and poorer by the day the only way to pay for such expenses is through increased property taxes on bloated property values as the market cannot support these expansions funded by debt which is not endless!!
