costs of split?

has anyone put any thought to the costs of the split as far as listing another company goes on ASX vs NASDAQ. If this is happenning in the first half of next year where is the money coming from? Isn't it expensive to list on NASDAQ? How much will these costs add to dilution.

I'm as disappointed as anyone with management (- mostly since fonda approval - I accept the cards haven't fallen their way - luckily FONDA is now completely in the hands of Dr Reddy's). Is this just more cash burn to get the split going that's just going to dilute us more without actually progressing the science towards commercialisation.
