Maybe I have been to conservative, however I didnt want the figures to be seen as unrealistic. May be I should have worked back from a higher after tax margin.
With keeping the sign operational the power bill could be enormous and wouldnt surprise me if that alone would cost at least $100k a year.
Maybe the sign could do with one employee.
But the following posts have indicated that the $800k might already a net figure. Stowkly has indicated he will clarify this with the company.
