As production increases there will be a lowering of costs. The costs will not be constant if they ever do achieve increased production.
The biggest potential cost savings (on a per oz basis)would maybe come from admin and drilling all other costs should go up commensurately - I don't see production costs or development costs going down all that much as you need more tunneling to get to those narrow veins and production costs are what they are.
Energy costs and labour costs will quite likely be higher in the future anyway - but let's assume they stay the same.
So let's be really generous and take off $500/oz .. it would still means costs upwards of $2,500/oz.
