Could be spot on Dime. Plenty of patience has been required with this stock and looks like plenty more is needed.

I am not too sure about the quality of management, for example they mentioned in the recent update that the non-delivery of the core crusher from a UK manufacturer for the crushing circuit after a five month wait resulted in the cancellation of the order during the December quarter. Did they really have to wait that long before cancelling the order!? Also, after waiting so long to make sure the price of silver was at the right price you would think that they would have had a concrete plan to fast track and move into production quicker than they have done.

Regardless of this, its fortuitous that even companies with mediocre management will get pulled along by this precious metals bull market. And in silver the best pure plays are few and far between - BSG and MMN.
