Why doesn't one of you call the b...dy company secretary or MD at MMX. I assure you I am correct and even if they will not necessarily tell you (they should) they have made an error - at least until the lay evidence referred to in CHM announcement made today this sum is not due. it is also interesting to note that MMX has clearly not reviewed the evidence of all parties.
