Im curious, why is Grimaldi a shareholder of CHM if he believes there is no case? Is he hedging his bets?

You make a good point when you say the sale from MIS is worth more than CHM. What you dont seem to understand (and its a very simple point) is that MMX has far more to lose than CHM. How will MMX explain to sharehilders that 5% direct interest in Jack Hills has been past to CHM when MMX has been claiming there is no case.

MMX directors will wake up one morning and find Ben Elias and other CHM directors sitting at the same boardtable as them. Thats assuming, of course, if MMX directors keep there jobs given their handling of events so far.
