This a hard company to analyse ,they were essentially a property fund in australia,then they go to europe buy a large property portfolio with a large goodwill figure in the price.T hey get into funds management then write off M$247 in good will and M$115 IN REVALUEING PROPERTIES share nosedives ..... is much value left if you can work that out let me know
