good,no look where the sp. is,shorted or not lots of property
trusts are looking very sad indeed,in fact in vpg case my provider shows their assets as nil,which means they manage on behalf of,so income for vpg is looking ,well ,a bit stretched.
that doesnt inspire shareholder confidence,it might come good in the current climate around 2011 and beyond,when the financial statements show up,and if the world is a rosier place by then.
i am very sceptical these days,
