Once STO has acquired ESG, STO is most likely being taken over by one of the majors.
The STO price is at a nice low level for a 40% VWAP already. The only difference with STO could be, that we will get a multi party auction which will get the final selling price up considerably. Robert Gotliebsen mentioned a price of $25.00 or higher over a year or so ago.
Even in this crappy market, it should reach more than + 40%.
That would please the board and directors of our ESG with their substantial holdings very much.
So perhaps they will not cash in as yet.
