    I doubt the spill will succeed. Between shareholder apathy (see low turnout for the take over vote), and infighting between groups vying for power (OptionCo and New Direction), I doubt there will be enough votes in favour to get rid of the current mob. That's before we even get to the armature impression both the OptionCo and New Direction parties have given in my opinion.
