Farm outs are another issue I do not need to rant about but $5/ acre compared to Beach for $500-700 is obviously a mean average of 120 times. Definitely has me thinking about what is really going on! Actually it has me thinking also why most of you here think it is all so great with a few complete and utter stars! Maybe too, the messiah is not in charge ..it's the Vatican?
