    I hope the board has thought carefully about appropriate remuneration for RC's replacement. I am more interested in the results from the next couple of holes, as no matter how good the new guy is, if we don't find hydrocarbons the SP is likely to take another battering. Would be nice to have a drilling report that made the SP go up for a change!
