He said more than that. The point is that many, probably guided by others who may have a huge wheelbarrow to push for their own personal agendas, are preferring to follow the crowd...........and hoping.
All-the-while rules 101 of investing are totally brushed aside. Bury one's head in the sand and hoping that by the time one will pull it out and look around, everything has become rosy with plenty of blue skies once again.
