Perhaps he/she would have some very good reasons to be disgruntled as you called it. Perhaps he/she got sick and tired of all the Mantra. We cannot pass judgment unless we know all the facts. And that's a fact. Period!!
On the other hand there is along list of old-school shareholders which are still very happy to see what is unfolding under their very own eyes and see their money whittled away, or remain in limbo indefinitely.
Anyway to each his own.
