Kato, I can assure you that if the NO vote is passed, the board will be greeted with new boardroom nominees and board should accept the walking on the plank.
In my humbled and personal opinion, board by accepting this less than acceptable offer failed to give its shareholders enough respect and credit and this may be their down fall.
One thing is for sure, Richard may continue to promote his QGC days, but should board walk the plank how is he to ignore his performances at NSX, AKK and now CTP.
