    Slide 12 of this Honeywell presentation states a capital cost for cryogenic ethane stripper capable of 200 MMscfd is US$20M - these units are modular and pre-fabricated and delivered to site by truck, hardly "significant retrofitting." CTP would only need a maximum of 60 MMscfd. I have no idea how much it would cost in an Australian context but $20M is a more realistic guideline than $150-200M as you are claiming.
