    Justinmetals, absolutely and irrefutably, this is the key reason RC gave for needing the additional capital at the 13 March 2017 meeting. RC stated that it had to be shown that the NGP could be filled with conventional gas for the NGP to go ahead. Listen to the audio and then prove to me that I am wrong.
