It seems quite apparent that the SOA will fail on Thursday at this rate, from sentiment of members on HotCopper and other share holders I've spoken with.

I can't shake the feeling that Mr Cottee isn't going to give up so easily, I certainly don't think that he is going to lay down and resign along with other board members. But I do think we may see him conduct his chess game by changing the structure of the board in the next two weeks after the SOA is lost.

I note that I saw the Chairman say that the company was looking for new directors, so it's my prediction that there will be a new board in place within a couple of weeks and the Section 249D OptionCo meeting will fall away as it would be impossible to allow a vote to be held to remove current board members that have already resigned.

As another poster said, this is getting better than Game of Thrones. Very interesting times ahead, happy to hear others views and insight.
