I agree, I do not believe that this game is over by a long shot.

In my opinion I agree with you and I think we will see at least 2, maybe 3 current directors (Excluding RC) leave and 2 or 3 new directors be invited onto the board.

That will have the consequences of stopping the OptionCo s.249D notice to become dead in the water and force them to abandon the current request.

If you are correct, then we are in for a very interesting time over the next few months.

Mr Harry appears to have his 5%, if he is the person buying the 1 Mil shares on market tomorrow.

But even he cant do any thing until the SOA is out of the way and we know the state of play with the board members

He may well issue one on Friday with the current board members BUT again that will change if the composition of the board changes after Thursday.

New Direction will stand back and wait to see the state of play before making their move.

But Mr Harry is clearly going to meet stiff opposition with his perverse attitude, of reissuing s.249D notices so he can get what he wants.

It does not work that way  Mr Harry, as you will find out.

The retail shareholders are hard working and decent group of people, who have the power to vote in or out any nominees
