At the AGM we have to vote on the new share rights issue to Cottee, have a good read of it, the committee can waive the performance hurdles and have got it well and truly covered so if he leaves he still gets everything.
After all he has done to this company and such a golden handshake already.
I know we won't be able to stop him getting it, but such a scam what he will get from the company. He will have enough of his cronies to ensure he gets all his performance shares even though we have gone backwards so much from his direction , management and performance.
