    Just checked again, it takes a whole 6 pages of the AGM report to justify how they are going to give Cottee the performance shares and all the tricks and backdoor ways he can get them for continuing to do absolutely nothing for this company.

    Great work BOD, look after yourselves, don't do anything to increase the performance of the company for the shareholders other than Mac Bank, and set it up so you all and Cottee get your performance bonuses and shares for nothing, even if they resign.
