max99,5.6TJ/day is the maximum flow rate it is not the long run (life of well) average rate.
And the long run average rate will come down to the Estimated Ultimate Recovery/well plus the gas volume in the coals which could be as low as 4m3/tonne or up to 6m3/tonne. The following may help from the Strike 1 June 2017 update:
With luck sustainable gas volume will be in the 5m3/t to 6m3/t range. That is the key thing - value recognition will follow if/once its proven.
