Cant imagine how UCG will work with 0 - 2 m seam thickness. What do we know about the geology surrounding the seam??

The key difference between the two MOU's is that the CNX MOU gave ownership to CNX of the coal assets, whereas CXY's does not. ie ENB uses the technology courtesy of Len(ergo) and maintains ownership of the tenement.
Very smart play by ENB. Learn the technology, get rid of technology suppliers, carry on with business....
