Minister Robertson insisting that until csg can prove that it won't have untenable effects on Condamine alluvium and Great Artesian Basin groundwater (I can see the trucks revving up now to drive throgh the sloppy definitions in Robertson/Bligh's Roma comments) it won't be allowed to proceed.
