The sad thing is that Mr Andress and other locals have been sold the lies and used as pawns in this political charade.

This is a world of specialists and the farmers and locals cannot be expected to understand UCG or trust a "new" (to them) technology when they have seen so many lies in the past for the corporate sector.

This lack of specialist expertise was used against them making the local farmers and concerned citizens victims of this political crime along with shareholders, other UCG companies and staff of this emerging industry.

Ultimately all electricity users in the region will become victims also, due to higher electricity costs and continued high pollution levels from the conventional or alternate power generation, if CXY is not successful at Kingaroy.
