Are we to believe DERM would sit down and table reports submitted by Cougar with protest groups

a) ahead of receiving agreed additional voluntary information from Cougar?

b) ahead of tabling their findings with Cougar?

c) ahead of tabling their findings on CNX and LNC?

d) ahead of tabling their findings on CSG process water contamination?

If so, imo this is a breech of process, ethics and fairness and I am struggling to think their action is not some form of legal breech of duty.
