ST, sounds like your a pessimist.

Pessimists are always right, after all "sh1t always happens" . . .

You appear to be a very narrow thinker, but having worked in many of these Departments in many States, the environment and culture is often much more telling than an individual incident. You obviously don't agree, so be it.

I'll take the 7 "thumbs" judgement of my peers against your nil "thumbs" as a suggestion that others do agree.
