Yes, it would appear so. I held a small parcel of CXY and that news along with their sophisticated investor CR, I took a small hit and departed ways. Cest la vie.
Unlike LNC and CNX they don't own the IP which I consider important.
Pity and disappointed, I would have liked to seen a public name clearing of UCG though, I think CXY were hard done by. I also consider it (the alleged incident) may have been one of the reasons we have to/had to jump through so many hoops with the Qld Gov.
