I agree that it's not at all been a level playing field. I'm not a holder of CXY, but did hold CNX and sold out at a significant loss when this all started ... not because I don't believe in the technology but because of the harsh, unreasonable and emotive behaviour of regulatory authorities that are supposed to be a voice of reason and protection. Very disappointing and I really feel a deep sense of injustice for all holders.
