    If so then imo it has to be w/o Len and ergo exergy OR it has to be via Cougar UK which I would assume has at least Len involved ... its been a while but I think Cougar UK is an independent company in which Cougar owns a minority shareholding ... any call for capital from Cougar UK will involve Cougar putting its hands in its pockets or being diluted.
