Dex, you seem to be saying that the technology licencing arrangement between Ergo and Cougar is/was vested in Len personally, not in the commercial entity. Is that right? If so I was not aware of that. Anyway, Len might no be on the Board any more but he's still around isn't he? I think he still owns about 10% if the company. I understood that Rob Neill was appointed to manage the company and free Len up to apply his special expertise exclusively to the development of the Asian UCG projects. I'm sure I've heard one or more Boardroom Radio interviews with Len saying as much since Rob was appointed.
